My intrigue started with this picture that I saw on Pinterest (duh).
The flag is casual but drapes so beautifully on the wall. I prefer the "casual" hanging look of the flag compared to the structure of a framed flag.
I'm guessing we all like the look of the American Flag, but bringing it inside is something that we usually don't do. It's usually standing in all its glory outside.
At my parent's house we have one that hangs outside and one that hangs in the garage. During the winter months we keep the one usually reserved for outside, inside on display by the front door:
I kept "pinteresting" the topic and found beyond gorgeous images. I guess a lot of people hang their flags inside.
